Question:
I would have to agree there! The tongue did not hurt me at ALL.. but the cartilage in my ear hurt so bad it brought tears to my eyes! The nipple hurt pretty bad and the clit hurt for 2 seconds while it was being pierced but then nothing afterwards, the nose pinched and hurt a bit but not too bad, eyebrow did not hurt at all.. 
There ya go.. the scope of my experiences.. now tattoos.. the one on my back HURT so bad! it is at the bottom of my back and it is huge..2w hours of paiiiiiiin…that is another story though.. Claire

sea salt is amazing for infections. apple cider vinegar is great for zits. but i dont know about piercings. any infection you can soak in warm saline solution is a good thing from what ive seen. in the case of nipples i guess you could either take a bath, or drop them in a bowl!! I haven’t got any. I settle for dying my hair orange, green or whatever colour I go next. My sister’s house however is another story. There is Aveline, who is my sister after we adopted each other about a year ago, Georgie, who is Aveline’s & my girlfriend, and Greg, their housemate. They all have and assortment of ear, nose, tongue, eyebrow and possibly more private parts, + a ring through the bridge of the nose, a cheek piercing, a throat piercing and a tattoo on the side of Aveline’s head. Oh good heavens not in the mall! I got mine done at a place called "Holey Rollers" lol.. The lady even did aromatherapy with me to ease the pain.. she was really very nice and was VERY understanding of the fact that Jen was going to be the one um ahem.. "down thar" lol she asked Jen "you’re the one that is gonna be looking at this.. what do you think of the placement " lol.. it was very comfortable for me.. seriously Jackie.. about the nipple.. i have heard several people telling me about their nipples getting and STAYING infected.. I would think hard about it.. the people that have had problems that *I* know.. all have large breasts.. that could have something to do with it I suppose LOL.. Claire *pendulous*

If you can go vertical (some people do not have ideal positioning of the clit) I say go for vertical…. the ball from the captive bead jewelry sits juuuust right makes ya want to walk everywhere LOL…nose was a little painful but my eyes watered more because it hits nerve endings…eyebrow hurt for half a second. then no pain at all.. The hood piercing hurt getting done (I don’t lie about the pain) but when it was over.. the pain never came back.. I say go for it chickie! Claire

I had my tongue pierced several months ago. After 18 hours, I took it out. My back had gone out the day before, I was hungry, and my tongue was swollen. There is only so much pain I can take at one time. Otherwise, just my ears pierced (one in each ear). It took 27 years for that to happen. I dated a guy last year who had a lot of things pierced – after we split he got more done (I guess in private areas – or so he lead me to believe). To each his own. It is your body Jennifer

I used to have my tongue pierced, damn thing closed up after one hour when I had taken it out to clean it!! I have to recommend AGAINST nipple piercing.. I got mine pierced and they got infected and indeed did swell..I waited a year and they never healed right so I took them both out.. well.. my ex girlfriend wanted to get one of hers done and since you have to pay for both at one time and she was using my old jewelry (autoclaved of course) I figured what the heck.. I will get one of mine done again.. HOWEVER…it still has not healed up and it is sore sometimes.. but you don’t want to take them out while they are infected because it causes the infection to be trapped inside 
sooooo here I go .. trying to clear it up yet again.. lesson REALLY learned this time lol.. As far as the tongue thing.. it did not hurt a bit.. swelled for three days and no more owies lol.. I have had mine done for 6 years so I can take it out for significantly longer than you I guess.. I had to have surgery and after 8 hours was able to put it in with only a little resistance, and I take it out regularly to eat ice cream cones LOL..
