You should take a trip to a pharmacist. They know what you need, and you have to buy it anyway ;-) -martinf.

I don’t know about herbal remedies, but a trip to you local drug store for lice shampoo should do the trick.  Look for body lice specifically. . . don’t know of any name brands.  they are over the counter so you don’t need a prescription.  Try shaving it all off, it’s easier to get rid of them. Also mention it to your sexual partner. this is one STD that you can get even with protection so don’t pass it along.  Those little critters are mighty annoying.
